Two separate bookkeeping apps. Each keeps its own data in this browser, so the company books and your sole trader books never mix.

LedgerCompany books: properties, tenancies, loans, invoices, VAT and profit & loss.

Sole Trader LedgerSelf-employed books: drawings, invoices, mileage and a Self Assessment tax estimate.

To add one to your computer or phone, open it and choose Install in the browser's address bar or menu (on iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen). Back up regularly with Settings → Export All Data.
